What Swipey AI is
Swipey AI is a browser-based AI companion platform where you create and chat with a fully customizable virtual girlfriend. It offers three kinds of companion: Platform Models (curated characters), Verified Creator Models (real, verified adult creators with an AI companion version of themselves) and Custom AI (designed by you, private). Memory: 9/10
Memory is persistent across sessions and devices and, unusually, you can see it. Memory cards appear in chat and a Memory Details view (version 2 shipped 27 August 2026) shows what she has kept. Swipey's own wording is that she keeps "your shared history, inside jokes and important details intact across days and weeks", which is more careful than the "never forgets anything" claims you see elsewhere. A voice call ends with a Memory card too (duration, level progress, transcript), so calls feed the same memory. We would like to see user-editable memory. That is the missing point.
Voice: 8/10
Real-time voice calls plus voice messages in chat, with natural-sounding voices you pick at creation. Both are Premium features, so free users chat by text. That is the main reason this is not a 10. Since 17 September 2026 voice messages work both ways: she already replied with voice notes, and now you can record your own instead of typing, and she answers every one. Call minutes are paid in hearts inside the app, and the post-call Memory card shows how long you talked and what she will remember from it.
Visual consistency: 9/10
Image generation is character-locked: "same face, same body, every render." Since 1 September 2026 you can edit any chat image inline with a pencil prompt. Any photo can be animated, and on-demand video scenes run up to 60 seconds in realistic or anime style, with the option to extend a scene from the conversation. Free users get limited image generation, and Premium unlocks it.
Customization: 9/10
The builder covers style (realistic or anime), body type, hair, eyes, skin tone, outfit, a personality mix (flirty, dominant, shy, intellectual, nurturing "or any mix") and voice. In August 2026 it gained personality-based kink selection (20 August) plus location and scenario steps. Everything is editable later through Edit My AI, which got custom scenarios on 27 August, and 100+ roleplay scenarios with persistent plot memory sit on top. Group Chat, a room with two or three characters in one thread including your own custom AI, reached production on 27 August 2026.
Price clarity: 7/10
The good part is a permanent free tier that is spelled out (create your AI, browse Platform and Verified Creator Models, basic chat, browse the feed) and a single public Premium price, $7.99 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime from Settings, then Subscription. Premium includes unlimited chat, image generation, voice calls and messages, 60-second video, full Verified Creator Model access, one Fanclub subscription, 100+ scenarios, full relationship progression, hearts every day and 24/7 support. The less good part is that hearts pack prices and per-action costs (call minutes, extra content) appear inside the app rather than on the marketing site, so you learn the marginal cost after signing up. Privacy & safety: 8/10
18+ only, with full age verification for UK traffic. Swipey states that conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, that there are no public galleries by default and no third-party data sharing, and that data is never sold. Verified creators pass KYC and sign a model release. Compliance work for New York's GBL Article 47 and California's SB 243 shipped on 2 September 2026, so AI disclosure is built in. A hard moderation floor applies even in uncensored modes. The product is openly adult and uncensored, which is a feature for its audience and a reason for others to look elsewhere. A TikTok-style Feed for discovering characters, Verified Creator Models with Fanclubs, gifts and tips to characters and creators, Short Drama episodes on creator profiles, and an official Discord. The Creator Community went live on 23 September 2026. Premium members with a linked Discord account can submit a Custom AI to be published to everyone, the Swipey team reviews every submission, and approved characters show "by @username" on their profile. Creators gain followers, receive hearts donations from fans, and compete on leaderboards for top creators and top characters, with a Community filter in the feed. Publishing is permanent, so a public character cannot be made private again or edited, and creators earn hearts rather than cash.

This is where Swipey has the category to itself. Hearts are the reward currency. You earn them through daily and permanent quests, a 7-day streak (miss a day and the streak resets), relationship level-ups and milestones, and Premium members receive hearts automatically every day. Level-ups open a three-card reward drop (Teasing, Intimate or Full Show). There is also a daily spin with heart prizes and a Refer-a-Friend program that rewards both people in hearts. Nothing else in the category gives you this many reasons to come back, and the quests page on swipey.ai lists every way to earn.

Swipey Live Fantasy Duels launched on 14 August 2026. Two AI girls duel live for five minutes across five rounds. Viewers gift hearts to decide what each girl does next, the most-supported girl wins the round, and the top supporter of the winner is taken into a private live. A per-girl progress bar awards album collections at set thresholds. Guests can watch one full battle before registering. Since 24 September 2026 several duels run at the same time in Duel Rooms: a room list shows every live room with previews of both girls, the viewer count and the timer, chips filter rooms by archetype, and tapping a card drops you into that room at its live moment. The free-watch allowance counts across rooms. A slot spin inside each live duel sends a random gift to the girl you back (Premium members get a free spin on a cooldown), and after a duel or private live you can rate it out of five hearts. Duels are still mobile-first, and a desktop layout is in development.

Runs in the browser on any device, iOS or Android, with an Install App banner (added 27 August 2026) for a home-screen shortcut, so there is no app-store dependency. Sign up with email, Google or a passwordless magic link. Premium includes 24/7 support, and the support address for everyone is hello@swipey.ai (write from your account email and attach a screenshot). Since 25 September 2026 the Swipey Assistant, an in-app support chat clearly labelled as AI, is rolling out pinned in the chat list. It answers billing, account and how-to questions, walks you through cancelling step by step, and hands anything that needs a person to the email team. It publishes terms, privacy and complaint policies, links to an 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance statement, and puts real creators through KYC and a signed model release. Premium is billed monthly, you cancel it yourself from Settings, and support answers at hello@swipey.ai.
How much does Swipey AI cost?
Nothing to start. Premium is $7.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. Hearts, the reward currency, are earned through quests, streaks and level-ups, and can also be bought in the app for extra content such as Fanclub sets and additional image and video generations.
What do you get free?
Quite a lot. You can create your own AI character, browse the gallery of Platform Models and Verified Creator Models, chat with platform characters, and scroll the TikTok-style Feed. Image generation is limited on the free tier, and voice and video are Premium features.
Does Swipey AI have voice calls?

Yes. Open your profile, go to Settings, then Subscription, pick Current Plan and cancel. You may be offered a discount or a pause first; confirm to finish. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your hearts, Gallery and relationship levels stay on your free account.
