Who is responsible
INVAI LTD (company registration HE 458964), Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042 Nicosia, Cyprus, is the data controller for this website and for the emails sent from the joinswipey.com domain.
What we collect
- Website visits: IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps in standard server logs, kept for security and performance monitoring.
- Email: if you have a Swipey AI account and receive our emails, we process your email address and engagement events (delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced).
- Contact: anything you send us at hello@joinswipey.com.
This website does not set advertising cookies. Links to swipey.ai carry campaign parameters (utm_*) so we can measure which guide brought you there.
How we use it
- To deliver product updates, guides and rewards content you signed up for on Swipey AI.
- To measure engagement and improve what we send.
- To honour unsubscribe requests immediately and permanently.
- To keep the site secure and available.
Legal basis
Consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time), legitimate interest (security logs, measuring engagement) and contract (service messages related to your Swipey AI account).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use vetted email delivery providers and hosting providers (including Cloudflare) as processors acting on our instructions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Email engagement data is kept while you are subscribed and for a limited period afterwards to honour suppression lists.
